The Stillwater

A single story plan with a vaulted great room, dining, and kitchen running together across the front of the house, opening to a covered deck on one side. A sauna sits off the main hall and opens toward a covered patio with a hot tub behind a slatted privacy wall. Three bedrooms and two baths sit clear of the living areas, and the kitchen carries two dishwashers and a walk in pantry.

Every Inch, Purposefully Laid Out

The sauna, covered patio, and hot tub are grouped together at the back of the plan behind a slatted wall, giving that side of the house a purpose beyond circulation. The suite sits off the great room with a private walk in closet and double vanity bath, while the third bedroom and study occupy the opposite wing near the second full bath. Vaulted ceilings run through the great room, dining, kitchen, and entry, and settle to nine feet in the bedrooms.
