Hilson Homes LLC ("Hilson Homes," "we," "us," or "our") builds semi custom homes in Washington State. This policy explains what information we collect through hilsonhomes.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We only ask for what we need to respond to you and to price a project accurately. You are not required to provide any of it, but we cannot give you a meaningful answer without some of it.

Region preference. When you select a build region to see base pricing, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so you do not have to select it again on every page. This stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is not used for advertising. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Managing cookies. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or alert you when one is set. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to:

Base pricing shown on this website is an estimate for the plan as drawn on a standard prepared lot. It is not a quote or an offer. Final pricing depends on your lot, site and soil conditions, foundation and utility requirements, permits, and the selections you make during design. Images labeled as architectural renderings depict planned or representative homes rather than completed construction, and finishes will vary.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted here.
