Most builds run 10 to 14 months from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. The exact timeline depends on the plan you choose, how much you customize it, and the conditions of your lot. We'll walk you through the full schedule so you know what to expect before anything starts.
No. We work with clients at every stage. If you already own land, we can start by reviewing which plans fit it. If you are still looking, we can help you evaluate whether a lot will work for the plan you have in mind before you commit to purchasing.
We start with our collection of home plans. Once you choose the plan that fits your lot and the way you live, we work through the customization options together: finishes, layouts, upgrades, and structural modifications. You are not designing a house from a blank page, and you are not locked into a stock plan either. The starting point is proven, and the details are yours.
Changes are normal and we plan for them. Once we are underway, any change gets priced and approved by you in writing before we act on it. You will never find out about a cost change after the fact.
We build across King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kittitas counties. The service area section above lists the specific cities we work in most often. If you are just outside that area, reach out anyway and we will tell you whether it makes sense.
