A two story plan organized around a great room that opens the full height of the house, with the upstairs loft looking down into it and window walls filling both levels with light. The kitchen and dining sit alongside under nine foot ceilings, and a vaulted covered entry set at an angle gives the front of the house its approach. All three bedrooms sit upstairs, keeping the main level entirely for living.
The two story great room is the center of the plan, and the loft above it reads as part of the same space rather than a separate room. The primary suite sits at the far end of the upper level with two walk in closets, a soaking tub, and a curbed shower with a bench, while bedrooms two and three share a full bath at the opposite end. Laundry sits upstairs with the bedrooms, which saves a trip most two story plans still ask you to make.
