Each surface and fixture in your home is a decision you get to make. This guide offers a look at the range of finishes and fixtures available, along with what your price already includes. Selections and availability vary by home, and the options shown here are just a sample of what’s possible.
How Pricing Works
Every selection is organized into one of three levels. Your quoted price is built around the Included level. Anything above it is priced as a change order before construction begins, so you always know the number before you commit.
Comes with your home at the price you were quoted. Choose anything on this level and nothing changes.
A step up in material or finish. You pay only the difference between this and the included product.
Our highest specification. Some carry longer lead times, so make these decisions early.
