What This Website Is
This website exists to show our floor plans, describe how we build, and let you start a conversation about a project. It is a marketing and information tool.
Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, or a binding quote. A construction agreement between you and Hilson Homes exists only when both parties sign a written contract.
Pricing
Base pricing shown on this website is an estimate for a plan as drawn, on a standard prepared lot, in the region you select. It is a starting point for a conversation and nothing more.
Pricing does not include:
- Land or lot acquisition
- Site work beyond standard preparation, including clearing, excavation, retaining walls, and difficult access
- Soil conditions requiring engineered foundations, pilings, or additional drainage
- Utility connections, well drilling, or septic systems where municipal service is unavailable
- Permits, impact fees, and jurisdictional requirements, which vary significantly between counties and cities
- Changes you make to a plan during design
- Selections and finishes above the standard specification
- Landscaping, fencing, or outbuildings unless specifically stated
Your actual price will differ, sometimes substantially. Regional pricing reflects general cost differences across the areas we serve and is not a quote for any specific address.
Prices may change at any time without notice. Material and labor costs move, and a figure shown today may not be available when you are ready to build.
Floor Plans and Specifications
Square footage, dimensions, room counts, ceiling heights, and specifications shown on this website are approximate and taken from plan documents. Actual measurements may vary based on construction methods, engineering requirements, and the modifications made to your plan.
Our homes are semi custom. You select from our curated floor plans and we adapt them to your lot and your preferences. Plans shown here represent starting points, not fixed designs, and not homes available for purchase or tour.
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any plan, material, or specification at any time.
Renderings and Images
Images labeled as architectural renderings are artist depictions of planned or representative homes. They are not photographs of completed construction.
Renderings show one interpretation of a plan. Materials, colors, finishes, window placement, landscaping, and site conditions in a rendering are illustrative and will differ from a home built on your lot. Furnishings and decor shown are for presentation only and are not included.
Where photographs of completed homes appear, they may show optional features, custom modifications, or upgraded selections that are not part of a base specification.
