The largest plan in the collection, with all primary living on one level and a vaulted recreation room above the garage. A great room just under 25 feet long anchors the center of the home beneath a vaulted ceiling, with a built in media wall on one side and a covered deck off the other. Arched openings connect the main spaces, giving the plan a sense of procession that open concept layouts usually lose.
The primary suite sits in its own wing with a trey ceiling, freestanding tub, curbless shower, and a walk in closet that opens toward the laundry room. Bedrooms two and three occupy the opposite end behind the great room's built in media wall, sharing a double vanity bath, while a third full bath serves the enclosed porch and keeps guests out of the bedroom wing. The kitchen pantry hides behind a full cabinet door, one of several details that reward a closer look at the plan.
