The kitchen sits at the center with a sink island and a pantry, and a nook with room for a table looks out the back. The master suite takes one corner, and a three car garage fills the other side of the plan.
Two of the secondary bedrooms sit under vaulted ceilings along one side of the house, with a third bedroom by the front porch and a hall bath with a tub between them. The master has its own bath with double sinks, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a toilet room. Laundry with a utility sink sits in the hall between the master and the garage, close to the kitchen.
